1. Scope of this policy.
This Social Media Policy applies to your interactions with any official social media profiles, pages or accounts managed by Wiser Global LLC (‘Wiser’, ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’) on platforms such as, but not limited to:

By accessing, following or interacting with our accounts on these Platforms, you agree to comply with:

2.- Public nature of social media.
Content you post or share on social media, including comments on our posts, may be publicly visible depending on your privacy settings and the Platform’s configuration
You are solely responsible for:
2.1. The information and content you choose to share
2.2. Ensuring that you do not disclose confidential, sensitive or personal information that you do not wish to be public
We do not control how third parties may use, collect or store information you publish on social media
3.- User conduct and content standards.
When interacting with Wiser’s social media accounts, you agree not to post or share any content that is:
3.1. Unlawful, defamatory, libellous or fraudulent
3.2. Threatening, harassing, abusive or invasive of another person’s privacy
3.3. discriminatory, hateful or inciting violence (including racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia or similar)
3.4. Obscene, pornographic or otherwise inappropriate
3.5. Infringing on intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademarks
3.6. Containing unauthorised advertising, spam or commercial solicitations
3.7. Misleading, impersonating another person or entity
3.8. Containing malware, phishing attempts or malicious links
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:
3.9. Hide, delete or report content that violates this Policy or applicable law
3.10. Block, restrict or remove users who repeatedly breach these standards
4.- Intellectual Property on social media.
You should only share content on our social media pages if:
a. you own the rights to such content; or
b. you have the necessary permissions or licences from rights holders
By posting or sharing content on or in connection with our social media accounts, you grant Wiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence (to the extent permitted by applicable law and the Platform terms) to:
a. view, like, respond to, repost or share your content within the same Platform; and
b. reference such content in communications or marketing, where allowed by the Platform’s rules and applicable law
We do not claim ownership of your content, but we may use publicly visible interactions (e.g., comments, mentions, tags) as part of our community management
5.- Moderation and removal of content.
We may monitor interactions with our social media accounts for moderation, brand protection and security. However, we are under no obligation to:
5.1. Actively monitor all content posted by users
5.2. respond to every comment, message or mention
We may, at our discretion:
5.3. Remove or report content that violates this Policy, Platform rules or applicable law
5.4. Block accounts that harass, spam or otherwise misuse our social media presence
5.5. Cooperate with law enforcement where required
6.- Direct messages and communications.
If you contact us via direct messages or private messaging tools provided by the Platforms:
6.1. We may use your messages and contact details to respond to inquiries, feedback, or requests
6.2. We will not request sensitive personal or financial information via social media direct messages
6.3. For sensitive or formal matters, we may redirect you to email or other appropriate channels
We cannot guarantee the security of communications made through third-party Platforms
7.- Promotions, giveaways and campaigns.
From time to time, we may run promotions, giveaways, contests or campaigns via our social media accounts
Unless stated otherwise in specific terms and conditions for each promotion:
a. such activities are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by the Platform itself;
b. participation may be subject to age, territory or other eligibility restrictions;
c. separate terms may apply and will be communicated where relevant
You are responsible for reading and understanding any additional terms before participating
8.- Data and privacy.
We may have access to information made available through your social media profile based on your privacy settings and the Platform’s own policies (for example, your public username, profile picture, public comments or messages)
Any personal data that we collect directly from you via social media (e.g. if you send us a private message containing contact details) may be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on www.wiser.global
However, most of the data you share on social media is controlled and processed primarily by the Platform provider, not by Wiser Global. You should refer to each Platform’s privacy policy for details on data handling
9.- Disclaimers and limitations.
Content posted on our social media pages may include:
9.1. Posts made by Wiser
9.2. Comments and content created by third parties or other users
We are not responsible for:
a. the accuracy, opinions or content shared by third parties;
b. user-generated content, even when it appears on our pages
We may share or interact with third-party content when relevant, but such actions do not constitute an endorsement of the third party, their views, products, or services
10.- Changes to this Social Media Policy.
We may amend this Social Media Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised ‘Last updated’ date and will be effective when posted on the Site or clearly referenced in our social media profiles
Your continued interaction with our social media accounts after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy
